EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

SEAN ALFRED

Mr. Alfred is a Real Estate Executive with over 29 years of experience and skill in all aspects of residential and multifamily housing programs for families and seniors, as well as partnerships with local homeless shelters. Recognized subject matter expert in ensuring development and compliance with policies and procedures established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) as well as state, county, and city regulations.

Experienced in overseeing federal, state, or local public housing programs, such as programs and strategies that address economic self-sufficiency for low-income residents, veterans, job-driven approaches to increasing earnings, the advancement of employment outcomes through work readiness, employer linkages, job placement, educational advancement, technology skills, and financial literacy for public housing residents.

Advised on development, redevelopment, rehabilitation, relocation, organizational decisions and policy recommendations for multifamily/public housing apartments and housing choice voucher programs. Coordinated economic mobility efforts with public housing authorities (PHA), assisted housing owners, public/private nonprofit development entities, and government officials with decision making.

Mr. Alfred is a United States Marine Corps veteran with a bachelor’s degree in English-Writing from Kean University and an array of real estate and housing certifications. Outside of work, Mr. Alfred enjoys martial arts, swimming, kayaking, and spending time with his wife, family, and friends.
