Senior Waitlists Opening

The Long Branch Housing Authority (LBHA) is opening its Public Housing Waiting Lists for Elderly/Disabled tenants at Kennedy Tower, Chester Arthur Apartments, and Hobart Manor located in Long Branch, New Jersey, beginning Thursday, December 15, 2022.

Applications must be hand delivered between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm at the administrative office at 2 Hope Lane, Long Branch, NJ 07740. The list will remain open until the first 500 applications are received and time stamped. Applications will not be accepted after the 500 are received.

Applications are available on our website: https://lbhousing.org, or can be picked up at the LBHA administrative office. No application will be accepted prior to 9:00 am on 12/15/2022.

Eligibility requirements: at least one household member must be 62 years of age or disabled.

The total household annual gross income cannot exceed the following income limits, based on the size of the household: $25,600 for a 1-person apt; $29,250 for a 2-person apt; and  $32,900 for a 3-person apt.
